An IP stresser is essentially a program designed to evaluate the stability of an online server by flooding it with massive amounts of packets. This process, sometimes referred to as a “stress test,” operates by sending numerous messages from several locations simultaneously. These requests often strain the server’s bandwidth, possibly mimicki
